Connecting the Hills of San Francisco

San Francisco claims to have been build on 7 hills (though in reality, there are 47 hills in our city limits). This mark celebrates SFMTA for connecting residents and visitors throughout the hills and water that make up this beautiful city.

The seven upward facing triangles, clockwise from the left represent Mt Davidson, Twin Peaks, Mt Sutro, Telegraph Hill, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, and Rincon Hill. In the upper left sits Alcatraz in the water.

The lively color scheme represents the mosaic of ways to get around our city offered by SFMTA.
