San Francisco is a special city, with many beautiful places to go. SFMTA takes you there, whether you are you going up to the hills or down to the water. Whether you are going to work, hiking or surfing. Public transportation is about equal access and equal opportunity, and SFMTA is for everybody.

The logo is a homage to a city that graciously lies in between the hills (green) and the water (blue). The gray negative space "T" is a reference to the city and its streets. It also sits a little lower than the other letters as a subtle reference to the underground portion of the system.
