Minimum SRO Equipment

Fridge (small size), Microwave, Coffee/Hot Water Maker, Rice Cooker, Small Grill, Vegetable Rack Storage, Box for Canned Food, Two Sets of Knives/Forks, etc. You need to minimize the amount of equipment so that there is enough space. Plan for three to five days storage of food items, especially fruit and vegetables. So, you go to the store every 3-5 days. You are not able to cook complex meals using an oven, only frozen and deli-style meals. You should sure that every SRO occupant has the minimum equipment inventory for their food independence, packaged to minimize space and meet size requirement.
