Dog Parks in Vacant Lots
Of Dogs and Men

There are many existing Central Market residents with pet dogs, mostly in one room SROs. SRO residents are being encouraged to take dogs through the WOOF program. In addition, the occupation of new apartment buildings under construction will introduce many new residents (with dogs). Yet, there is no green space in the immediate Central Market area. This is a psychological calamity for man and dog. Need Dog Parks. The need for animals and men, to range free.
