How can Central Market/Tenderloin residents store and prepare healthy food when their access to kitchen facilities is limited?

Encourage multi-purpose buildings

When contractors build or remodel in the area, encourage them to create multi-purpose buildings (retail space on ground level with apartments above). This would allow more food retailers to open up shop and thus increase access to healthy choices.
