Farmer's Market Donation Center = Low-income Grocery Store

Create a non-profit store where farmer's markets can donate their surplus, which can then be sold to people in need at below market prices. People can register to shop at this store by proving they are part of a low-income household. All proceeds can go into keeping the store alive.
