Mandate the acceptance of food stamps at all farmers markets, grocery stores, and all markets that sell food. If food stamps are accepted everywhere food is sold then residents don't have to worry about being able to pay for groceries or fresh food options or worry about transporting themselves to places that accept food stamps.
