Develop meals, products and packaging that are geared to the particular circumstances that apply to the Tenderloin, the SRO and our local farm products. Chinese food, for example, is a packaging style that comes from a certain economic and physical circumstance. There must be food and cooking gurus in our creative landscape that can apply to the constraints that we have here.
