Why not get the Farmer's Market (s) to establish a permanent housed presence in one of the unused stores, so that they can offer food seven days per week, rather than 2-3 days per week? Options might include intercooperation between farm businesses, coooperation with an existing business, other sponsorships with local companies or with CBOs.
