Encourage variety in the availability of "healthy foods". Even if you go to the most advanced of supermarkets, you don't find a wide variety of healthy foods, because this wave of food consciousness is still in its infancy. In fact, in a supermarket, one is surrounded by "poisons" for the capacity of foods to cause heart attacks, diabetes and chronic health issues. People are paying for this profligacy through health costs. The vendors will continue to provide most of their products to customers because this is the profitable side of the business.
