SF Healthy Bites is a packaged food product to be offered as a hallmark San Francisco food product. It would be offered by mobile distributors and in stores and restaurants. The product is intended to replace fast food, pretzels, etc with food that is fresh and healthy. The initial target market is young people, professional, tourists and conference visitors. They are people who would be able to afford to pay something for it. The goal of this product is to establish a worldwide food leadership label, and to demonstrate SF leadership as a destination, in innovation and as a food leader.
