Special Compensation Payment For Residents
Try To Equalize The Burden

Pay residents more money so that they are better able to shop to buy better food, in more expensive stores, and so that they are better able to travel to stores across the city. This could be financed by a fund from government and business sources. It is also justified by the continuous disruption of resident's lives by the influx of business conferences and tourists, by the use of the area for entertainment purposes by local inhabitants and by weekly events like Pride Day. All this activity puts a strain on the resident population leading to medical problems and increased crime.
