Set up an organization to grow food, raise animals, manufacture healthy food products in one or more locations outside the City; maybe the Napa valley or near Hetch-Hetchy or San Mateo county where the City owns land. Use labor from the Tenderloin to produce food for the Tenderloin. it can be a second occupation for the City dweller. It gets you out of town, exercises the body doing physical labor in a more natural environment; and, you get to learn new things.
