The Steel Reserve Monetary Standard
The Future Of Money

A lot of the problem with health of some people in the Tenderloin comes down to one issue; alcohol. Some people see the money they get in terms of how much alcohol it will buy. If they are hungry, they expect to get food free from the Support Services people in their SRO, or from the St Anthony's people. They use their income entirely for the purpose of buying alcohol, not for the purpose of buying essential items, things that they really need. That is for somebody else to supply. This has to be stopped. We should label food items in stores in terms of how much 211 Steel Reserve cans it will cost. That way, finally, these people will get it. Let the Support Services people identify the people that may be characterized as "living according to the Steel Reserve principle". Withdraw their cash benefits, and supply them with an equal value of Steel Reserve beer.
