The Tape Measure Protocol
Measurement, Food and Reality
IMAGE

You can lose the pounds. You can never lose the inches. Give every Central Market resident and worker a tape measure to record their neck, chest, waist and hip measure on the first of every month. When the shock of reality hits them, they will remember what their measurements were when they were at school. Then, they will decide iwhether they need to change their eating habits. It's by ignoring reality that we become disjointed from it. We achieve reality through measurement. It could be funded from the Government or from Business. It can be justified from potential healthcare savings and new ensuing business.
