* waive building permit fees for creating shared kitchen facilities in SROs
** schedule potluck weekly cooking time (small groupings, different days) & sign-up sheet for individual use

* tax writeoffs or grant incentives for nearby restaurants to open kitchens in early a.m. for supervised preparation by small groups/individuals via SRO management collaboration & resident applications, fee, signed agreements (insurance?)
