I used to work in the catering business, and it is amazing how many different instruments and hardware items there really are in food-making and in food delivery. Why invent something when it's already available? "The Chef's Warehouse" is in South San Francisco. It is full of items that you would never believe. Food Preparation has been going on for a thousand years and in diverse, in foreign and in very specialized environments. For our little problem, we should make use of the bounty that history has provided for us. We should write a book, "The History of Food Preparation"
