Vitamin Bank: Buy 1 and Gift 1 Programs
The Ancient Egyptians knew that feeding a person liver (back, right) would help cure night blindness.

Influence Vitamin Stores Around the World that sell vitamins to promote buy 1 and gift 1 programs. Offer them free advertising in San Francisco tourism culture in exchange.

While I empathize that multivitamins are not tasty, nor satiating. However, they are great source of nutrients that people who can afford basic foods take as supplements.

If a Vitamin Bank can be created to provide people who cannot afford quality foods with daily nutrients they need, then it achieves our goal of preventing a public health epidemic of rising healthcare costs.
