I've always pondered how city resident so easily forget what it is like to commute in one mode when they are in another. For example, I was driving to brunch and got frustrated by a walker but then biked to work and got annoyed with a driver! Is there a campaign we can start to remind people about the people they share the road with? And the best etiquette.
