Reallocate right-of-way in the Sunset to be greener and useful
Example: Moraga is super-wide and underutilized.

Much of the Sunset has very wide streets used only for one lane each way of car traffic and street parking. There is plenty of room for: (1) small changes applied comprehensively - a new baseline of efficient use of space - such as striping to include bike lanes without any loss of traffic, (2) medium-scale calming/greening such as planted bulb-outs near corners, and (3) major experiments in targeted areas, such as revamping ~20' wide block-long sections as mini parks and LID stormwater features.
