Host an array of computer courses for teens. Teach them useful skills like Photoshop, Illustrator, Frontpage, MS Office, etc. Also teach them fun stuff and perhaps help them launch their own blogs and then improve their blogs to build an audience. You could even teach some intro courses in computer coding or developing apps.

This project is made possible by the City and County of San Francisco, SPUR, the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services and the Department of Technology
