Why does it seem impossible to submit ideas to existing challenges? For example, I'd like to add a few ideas to the transport challenge. Unless I am missing something completely obvious, adding an idea is impossible. Why is this so curated? Are we saying that the seven ideas featured by SFMTA are the only ideas that could work. Well SFMTA has been at this a while and clearly their ideas haven't been working...
