Limiting Large Truck Deliveries During Peak Commuter Hours

Traffic on Market street is already congested during peak hours with one lane being shared between muni, cyclists, and motorists. Trucks making deliveries during these peak times only causes further congestion, confusion, and other safety issues. In many other cities deliveries made via main throughways are prohibited during these peak hours. Market street is no different. I would propose a limitation on deliveries from these trucks from 8th @ Market all the way down to Second Street during the hours of 8am to 10am.
