A sign that identifies a specific food product as either a Energy Producing Food (sugar, meat and fish, vegetables, etc) , a Fat Burning Food (green tea, apples, pears, cruciform vegetables, lean meats) or a Metabolic Inhibitor (processed foods, excess sugar, bread, coffee, etc). Energy Producing Foods can generate bodt fat if taken in excess quantity or if Metabolic Inhibitors have constrained the function of the liver. If the liver is not constrained, the Fat Burning Foods will burn (reduce) body fat. The Nutrition Identifier would label food in stores, restaurants and community meals to guide partakers to good choices for their situation. There would be a need for signs for each category of food. This is a simplified model of nutrition but it has significant value for overweight people. |
