The HANC has provided me with a raised bed. I am a student of Horticulture at CCSF and an Apprentice Gardener for SF Rec. & Parks. My bed at Kezar Gardens is the first outdoor space in which I've had an opportunity to experiment with horticulture on my own time. I also like the community surrounding the recycling center and am especially impressed and inspired by the work Greg does with native plants there. This space makes me a better gardener and community member.
