I love how Japan Town has become a sort of mini-Harajuku for SF. Young adults head there in all sorts of fantastical, quirky, unique, elegant, and fun outfits to shop, socialize, and show off. The Japan Town mall and plaza should be remodeled with a nod to this unique cultural phenomena.
