A form of art that lights up the streets but are not your traditional street lights.

A wall of LED lights separating auto traffic from pedestrians. Instead of having the LED shine bright all night long, have them do some form of art like Bay Lights.

Add lights that are within the pavement that lead you along the route as well as street lights that do not look like traditional street lights to make the street look more unique. This can also be a piece of art that attracts people and help illuminate the street at night all powered by renewable energy, ex: solar panels, wind turbines, etc.
