Living in affordable housing is uplifting if the project is well designed. Living in a building that is designed to promote interaction between tenants and the community promotes health and well-being. We need more projects like this, not only in BV, but all of SF.
David Baker & Partners gets it, and gets it right. People need outdoor space, balconies, a place to grow things. Water features and beautiful landscaping are calming. Bold use of color and shapes makes these projects sing!
