Well-designed tents that are lined up to house curated food vendors, artists, & merchants. Partner up with Off the Grid, La Cocina, CUESA, Ferry Building, etc. There's just not enough organized activity happening on Market at night. It's frankly a little desolate & scary at night. Precedents: night markets of Asia, bazaars in Istanbul.
