Children can visit a center where they can express themselves creatively while waiting to be picked up from school. We can use the textiles for a variety of craft projects for the children (i.e. handmade stuffed animals, superhero capes, tents etc). This would create many jobs, for example someone would be needed to drive a shuttle to pick up school children and drop them off at the center, and of course the people who administer the crafts and watch over the children.
