This LIZ (Market St) retail space will be built with modular shipping container(s) and will change up on a Monthly or Biweekly schedule. This gives an opportunity for online/small/medium-sized businesses to show their presence, offer a different experience, and cater to an area/demographic where they normally wouldn't. This shows residents and tourist the diversity SF has to offer and cares about innovative sustainability and being green.

The businesses would submit a proposal+fee to the city and reasons how their products/services would benefit the people working/living/visiting the Market Street area. The selection can also be curated to align with appropriate city events/conventions/etc. The shipping containers can also generate marketing and advertising dollars for the city.

Can also be for Educational purposes (currently Exploratorium sound installation), ART, Retail, Environmental outreach, Papa November coffee :) Endless possibilities!
